You must download, print, and fill out this Child Info. Packet, and bring it when registering your child. Once registered, we will give you access to the SPL Parent's Handbook and you will need to make arrangements for payment via the below online payment link.
1. You must click above link to go to the Tuition Express website to sign up for payment options.
2. Go to the "Download Enrollment Forms" under the "Parents and Families".
3. Choose a payment option, then print, fill out information, and return to the SPL Center to register your type of payment. If you sign for "Website Registration", we need to provide you with a Tuition Express ID #.
4. Make sure to register by the Username and Password boxes. Otherwise we can sign you up on our system.
